Please leave me a comment below,i love reading them all.If you have any topic you wish to discus or have a crafty question about anything,i sure if i can't help somebody will be able too help.

Now onto my card
Started with 8 x 8 white base card Embossed with Creative Expression Eternity folder by Sue Wilson
I used the decorative piece of yesterday's frame Sue Wilson's Cordoba Die,in the copper gold card.
Put a sticky double sided sheet on the back & used some Autumn Leaves gilding flakes, rubbed it well in. Matted it to a decorative card from my stash, then matted onto another piece of copper gold card.
I cut three Cut Fold & Tuck die's by  spellbinders, Spectacular Spin, Angle Approach,& the smaller size of Spectacular Spin, folded them & layered them up. Glued them to focal point, added a pearl embellishment,Added two corner die cut's. Cut the Delicate Daisies die's from the finishing touches range by S.W in both open & closed, layered them up,cut two Curled vines & some leaves.Arranged them onto the right of card with the vines & leaves.some flat back pearls in middle.
Cut a Sue Wilson Itty Bitty bow added to bottom left corner.

The middle of the card i stamped message cut it out with
Scandinavian collection  Stockholm Die by Sue Wilson.Added a daisies.

I hope you like today's card.
I have now got to make a start on Harry's Christening invite card's, my son has asked me to do.
combined with his 1st birthday i have till June so should be fine. Sam is going to let me know what to write inside,so just doing card for now. When finished i will blog it for you.

  1. Wow Lynda this card looks so intricate and gorgeous, so rich in colour. Those daisies are divine.
To answer your question my shoulder isn't broken but they think I have a tear in my rotator cuff, (the bit that moves your arm around) so any movement is painful, today it is excruciating and have been pill popping on top of my morphine, and still no let up.
Anyway hope you have a lovely day
Take care Warm hugs Theresa (TOB)xx

    1. Hi Teresa,
Thank you so very much for such a lovely comment.
OUCH your poor shoulder that sound's horrific no wonder you are in so much pain,
It must be very difficult for you not to move it,we don't realise how much we do move our shoulders.Do you manage to sleep at night or not.Couldn't they top up your morphine dose if the extra pain tablet's aren't working. I'm praying your ultrasound appointment come's this week Theresa. It's terrible how long you have been waiting,I would have thought it should be an emergency appointment. I wish your pain today eases for you,try too rest sweetheart.

  3. Another beautiful card Lynda. Oh your going to be as busy as I am with those christening invites? I have been cranking the handle on the machine today cutting striplets, leaves and the centre die cut, then embossing them, I still have a way to go. Thankfully they aren't needed for a while yet, are you getting to choose the design or is daddy and mummy? With Granny just having the work to do? Hazel x

    2. Hi Lynda, We cut card to the size of the old Typists notebook ! We then used washi tape to decorate the card in strips or banners .then glued that to the pad and decorated the front with various charms etc! The two girls then knotted ribbons through the loops on the pad. They looked lovely but best of all , all four children from 7- 15 yrs were happy with them. Craft room still tidy! Girls looked at it and said wow Grandma !
Hope you've had a good day! Absolutely agree about Pinterest. Will only reply to people I know!

  9. Hi Lynda,
Oh another amazing Lynda creation! You put so much work into each card my lovely, always a work of art!
Good news that you have something to look forward to (christening) although you have to 'sing for your Supper' as the saying goes, by making the invitations first, they will surely be stunning if you have made them, truly something to treasure, be sure and make certain that one goes into Harry's keepsake box for him to look back on in years to come.
What style card will you for His birthday? If you want me to cut you out one of those big Teddys
That I used for the 1st birthday card I did over Christmas I would be more than happy to do so, I have a Cricut machine, that I have had for years and hardly use since discovering Dies!
Just let me know, happy to help anyone!
Hugs coming your way, enjoy your trip to Hobbycraft, can you come pick me up on the way??? Wouldn't that be fun?!
    Hugs

Hope Ben is better now those pictures you sent me with his other HP card & those glasses he had on they did make me laugh. He is a lovely boy. I have done some of the invits,I was going to something with the striplets die but Sam sent me a picture of what she wanted,so actually it's better for me as just staming & ribbon with bow,so haven't got all that cutting out. Did you see all the die cut's Hazel has done for her daughter's invits so many & her Striplets die has cracked but she said can still use it luckily. Will Email you soon Margaret.
