which i sugared them with ICE SNOW.I cut the LYRA DIE FROM S/W GEMINI COLLECTION
ON a 8 x8 white card base i embossed it with THE RAMBLING BLOSSOMS FOLDER BY S/W
Then i matted the background piece to the base card with mountain foam. Then added the butterfly's.& Added the flowers on some white tulle & a two  stick pin i made added the Lyra die cut down the side & added the little butterfly to top, added pearl embellishments Will add sentiment later
.
The inside i cut a teal piece out  then a white piece from the outer edge of the Scandinavian Stockholm die shadowed them together,Stamped a sentiment onto white card cut out with the third die from the same set inked round the edge with peacock feather's distress ink pad ,added a white butterfly.

    1. Lynda Ben's card was to say the least stunning, so very well thought out too. What oh what was there to be unsure about, I think you need a big dose of self confidence, your cards are so beautiful, quite simply they are wonderful and you prove that every time you post one of your master pieces.

    2. Oh thank you Margaret, Yes I never think cards I make especially without using die cuts are not so good,I'm not a very confident person also I'm shy too,not as bad now at 67 as when I was younger .
But I'm so pleased Ben liked his card. Should I blog it & see what reaction I get 😊. I have a lot to thank Sue for since I joined her blog I have so many friends now & never thought I would ever have my own one. Just goes to show I'm growing up. Ha ha!!!.

  9. Hi Lynda, this is such a beautiful card! I love the colour you have used and who don't like butterflies.Love the layout and you have used the Lyra die in a great way.Had to look twice to see the butterflies in the background :-) it's lovely.
I have lived in England for 22 years.Found it quite hard in the beginning with a young baby at home and hubby working out everyday. My english was not good and I was shy so felt very lonely.Today after meeting people through work, crafting classes and going to the gym (I'm fat and fit) talking to everyone has helped my english, still saying things wrong but do not care lol and of course writing helps too especially on here when you got the spell checker lol, I went to Sweden in June this year but had not been home in 8 years! Now I'm glad as my mamma has got the cancer back, she's doing fine and seeing her surgeon on the 15th to see what's happen next.
How's it going for Terry, is he getting any better ? Hope you are well ? so many having colds at the moment... We are going away for a week to the alps on Saturday. I can't wait , hoping for lot of snow, good food and nice walks mmm! will try to blog while away otherwise I'll see you the week after !
Ps. AP , 11 th of April ,It's a date lol ! Take care Lynda , Warm hugs Maria x

  12. Sorry Lynda, I meant to leave a comment on this gorgeous master piece yesterday, just love that back ground of butterflies.but some how I must have been side tracked. Very easy when you have 2 girls and 2 dogs demanding attention, not the girls so much apart from Beth wanting me to see her new routine for her horse vaulting, she got a vaulting horse for christmas, now I am not talking a small one but a huge one that takes up a third of the. Hall. They could fit a grand piano in their hall, no they have a vaulting horse. Anyway she has this new routine set to Adele music. But the dogs an old collie (Jack) and a youngester ( moss) but at the moment Moss is trying to be top dog, so all hell lets loose. Hazel x

  13. Hi Hazel no worries you seem to have a very hectic life. It's funny how the youngest dog always wants to be the boss, Bambi is the same with Annie. Thank you for leaving me a lovely comment,I love butterflys & love Sue's magical butterfly set of dies. Try & get some me time Hazel. Hugs Lynda xx

  14. Hi Lynda, very late tonight as I have been fussing round Bella, do you think she will keep that pesky collar thing on?! No she won't, I hope she doesn't aggravate get stitches over night little minx!
Lynda my craft room is back to being a tip! It doesn't last very long whenever I get round to tidying, one day I will find all the tools and reels of tape I have lost in there! Plus the kittens are frequent visitors to the craft room which doesn't help.
The card you have put on is divine, love the butterflies, hope you are both well,
    Hugs
