Christmas Angel

Hello crafty friends thank you for looking in today please leave a comment if you wish
as i love to read them & i always answer them, but if you just want to take a look
that's fine too.Thank you Lynda

I started with a 8 x 8 card base Embossed it with CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS
FROSTY SWIRLS FOLDER BY SUE WILSON.
I cut SUE WILSON'S ITALIAN COLLECTION BACKGROUND DIE
added a sticky sheet to the back & exposed the sticky on the front covered it with
COSMIC SHIMMER GLITTER JEWELS EBONY ICE.
I cut SUE'S ANGEL DIE ONCE IN BLACK & ONCE IN WHITE, then glued them together shadowing her, then glued her to the base card. I then cut some of SUE'S POINSETTIA'S cut the complete in white &  the filigree in black.I cut the HAPPY CHRISTMAS DIE Also one white & one black & shadowed them as well.( free in a magazine ) Glued them in place.

On the inside i cut SUE WILSON'S CORDOBA DIE
then printed a sentiment from computer cut it out with BASIC SET A.
& again in black again shadowing them.Cut more  poinsettia's & glued to the side.

Thank you for stopping by & I hope you like my new card.
I will post a new one Wednesday

  5. Wow Lynda what a festive treat, I can't believe it takes 6 passes in the EBosser, I thought that machine cut EVERYTHING in one pass ( if you believe the hype), it says no need for shims! My you it us pointless the grand Calibur having a A4 plate a the only proper cutting area is down the edge of the plate! Sorry rant over! Lynda you always finish your cards off so nicely inside, it makes such a difference!
    Sending you a big hug,
    Sandra xxx

I have ordered some M Boss spray it was shown on C& C you lightly spray the card & leave for 30 sec.then put die in middle of plate with card run it through once but takes no more than two passes. So will let you know if it works. Thank you for you lovely comments.Hope you had good day with Sue.& don't forget craft tomorrow away no stressing while Paul's away.you will be fine my friend.

  6. Lynda, you seem to have a die like I had that you spend that much time trying to get it to cut everything out you just want to give up. I returned my die in the end and it turned out the die was faulty. Your card is beautiful. I have not posted as I seem to be only making gift bags every spare minute. Take care, we are getting terrible weather, thought I'd have to turn back tonight rather than take Beth to her horse vaulting, but it eased off but tomorrow dose not sound good. Hazel x

  8. Hi Lynda,You are amazing how you put this card together. The angel is lovely "trapped in the web" on the Italian background and those poinsettias are just gorgeous. Love the black and white theme The inside of the card is wonderful. Have been playing a little bit for a b.card for my sister-in-law ,1 Jan. But can't make many cutouts until I give up as it takes so many turns on my cuttlebug :-( and you seem to have the same problem on your machines. Have thought about saving up for the new GC, not sure yet. Hope you had a lovely time with the boys not least little Harry <3 Were down to London yesterday and the drive back was horrible, rainy and windy and then today we had sunshine, clear sky but felt very cold so I had a nice walk this morning, it felt sooo good!
