Black & White Tuesday

Good afternoon everyone hope your all enjoying Sue's new dies's today
I'm loving the Noble collection they are defiantly a Ally Pally purchase for me i think
I hope you are all well & keeping warm.

Today's card is Black & white i love this combination
Started with 8 x 8 white card blank Embossed with Creative Expressions Checkboard
designed by Sue Wilson. I stamped the Delicate lace stamp from the stamps to die for range
in a black stazon ink pad embossed with clear powder, cut it out with the matching die Napa valley just the cutting edge then cut the largest die in decorative frame set in black card Glued them together & glued to base card,i put a Creative Expression Vintage cameo in the centre.
Then cut in black card the Floral meadow striplet. Glued it to the side of base card, cut some of the small Camilla closed petals in white glued  them onto the striplet die.
Then cut the classic bow die the larger one in black & the other in white glued them together
cut the ribbon strip cut to size along the bottom added the bow.
The middle i cut in black the largest die from the decorative frame set, then the Napa valley cutting edge glued them together, stamped sentiment cut it out with the decorative frame set.
cut a Bitty bow in black & white glued to the bottom.

So what do you think ladies hope you like my card. If you pop into my blog, please leave me a comment.Your all welcome old & new that visit me.I love to read your comment's.
Thank you all for your support i really appreciate it.
With love & Hug's Lynda xx

  1. Wow oh wow this is so very classy and beautiful Lynda, I love how you have used the striplet die it really looks so elegant used the way you have. Your stamping looks fabulous I had to look twice at the picture, I thought it was a die cut at first and had me thinking which die is that where have I been to miss that die! Your bow on the front is so stylish and really lends itself to the overall effect of this beautiful card.
Your little bow on the inside is really sweet and just adds that little extra touch, so lovely.
    With love and warm hugs

    1. Hello my friend
Margaret you always say such lovely words about my cards.Sue' stamps really do stamp well. I didn't thik it needed colouring.
Have you enjoyed the first day of Sue's new die's. Not sure I will bother to get the weave ones, but I love the Noble collection the square ones look bigger than the New York square's.
      Looking forward to tomorrow's collection.
Enjoy the rest of your evening. Have you been baking today Margaret I thought I could smell cakes cooking mmmm.lol

  3. Hi Lynda.
My word your sttamping is brilliant within the main focal point.
Isnt Sue clever the way she makes all her dies work with each other. I just adore the meadow striplet with the deep camelia embossing.
I must admit to not being keen on the weave dies - not for me.
Hope you have had a good Tuesday.
    Hugs.

  4. Hi Steph,Thank you very much for your lovely comment. Like you I'm not keen on the weave die's,but I love the new Noble colection ornate pieced square & classic square, also both the rectangle one's too. I think the square's are bigger than the New York set's. Which I really wanted so happy bunny.Looking forward to tomorrow's delights. Thanks again Steph.

    2. Thank you Lynda, I love sues dies but some of them seem similar to some of her other collections . I had a sneak peek on JS and did buy the cornflower dies as they always sell out quickly. Hugs Theresa (TOB) xx

  8. Hi Lynda,
What a smart card! It really is lovely. I love the bow and your focal point is beautiful! It's been quite a day!
I need to know more about the weaving dies as they may help me with the kids work. They like weaving but I spend hours cutting strips. However it may not be suitable - we'll see.
Love the Noble Squares though! I will order those.
