Good morning my friends i have a new card for you today, hope you like it. I really appreciate you popping in & leaving me a comment.Thank you.

I started with a 8 x 8 white base card embossed with FROSTY SWIRLS FOLDER
FROM SUE WILSON'S new folder's
I cut a piece of coconut white card with a spellbinders large die,
I cut an aperture with SUE'S LET IT SNOW DIE,then run this through the same E F ( on the d boss side a happy accident )i put some acetate on the back of the aperture ,i decided to put a sticky sheet over the acetate & covered it with COSMIC SHIMMER AUTUMN LEAVE'S GILDING FLAKE'S
I matted this with some gold card from C & C cut  in the spellbinders  larger size die
I cut some of SUE WILSON'S POINSETTIA FILIGREE & CLASSIC DIES
I matted them together, cut some S/W HOLLY SPRAY'S ,I CUT THE S/W SOLID JOY DIE
in the gold & white pearl card, matted them together but offset them,I put some pearl embellishments
in middle of the poinsettias & three in the left corner.Matted it all onto base card.

The inside i printed a verse from a  old Joanna Sheen craft  C D i have Matted onto gold card cut another two of SUE'S POINSETTIA & THE FILIGREE  JOY DIE IN WHITE & GOLD MATTED TOGETHER off setting them again.( do i love Sue Wilson die's YES  )
Finished card 8 x 8
Thank you to everyone for taking the time to look at my blog, love & Hugs Lynda xx

  6. Hi Lynda, Absolutely stunning card outside and in. The person who receive this or any of your other cards are very lucky indeed or do you sell them?
Very brave again using the sticky sheets and gilding flakes, they do look fabulous on here ( why do I always think of Steph seeing sticky sheets and gil.flakes, bless her) :-) I normally go to AP but went to NEC this autumn instead and that was very tiring , way to many stall cramped in and to many people! Met Joanna Sheen but no ( BOB this year ,from CraftUprint ) It will be back to AP next year somehow, the purse is very thin lately..... Beautiful pictures also of your grandsons Lynda. I can't get away how cute Harry is, he's got such a lovely smile. Hugs to you all Maria x

  7. Thank you Maria I really appreciate your lovely comments. Yes I'm the same when I get the sticky sheets out then reach for the gilding flakes Steph's name pops into my head & have a little chuckle. Unfortunately I don't sell my cards I did try at a boot sale once but as soon as they asked how much they put them down & I was only charging £2 each which didn't cover the cost of making them,so just make for family & friends,& what I have over I just give then to charity shops.
I went to the NECa couple of years ago with a friend we stayed over in hotel, but made it so expensive, I hope to go Ally Pally again next year but my purse like yours is very empty too. Glade you liked my pictures of Harry he is such a happy baby & it was nice to see Alfie too Harry's big brother,we don't get to see him much ( long story )my Son's son with ex wife. Love Lynda xx

  10. Hi Lynda,
A really lovely card. I love the colours you have used and your poinsettias are gorgeous. Love too how you have finished the card so nicely inside. Haven't we had a lovely week looking at Sue's new dies! I bought the ivy and it is gorgeous and looks really nice with the holly sprays too. Your little grandson has a gorgeous smile. Still trying to make Christmas cards!
    Take care,

  11. Hello Myra, thank you for you lovely comments I appreciate them. I'v still got a few more C cards to make,I should have started earlier lol.
Harry is gorgeous,my son sends me at least one picture a day & little video clips, which is lovely. I have to hold myself back from adding to many of him on here, but just like sharing him with you all.
I'v got to craft all day today so hopefully get some more cards on.Yes I loved Sue's new dies & the amazing week showcasing them, sadly I did win one,but pleased there was a few of our regular blog ladies who did. The blog numbers shot up in that week some days ove 200 + comments but it's sad for Sue to get that number when she is so generous giving her dies away
Sorry Off my soap box. Thanks again Myra
