  2. Thank you Margaret, your so kind I hope your ok. It's lovely of you to look at my blog, it was Sandra that told me to have ago,I still can't believe I'v done it. I actually E.mailed a picture of this card to Sue cheeky or what, also the birthday card I made Sandra.
She kindly sent an Email back saying she thought they were beautiful & she loved the Christmas tree one. I'm so chuffed she took the time to do that she is such a lovely lady. But her die's do most of the work for us,I know my cards are so much better with them. You should have a go at doing a blog Margaret it would be nice to see some of your cards too.

  3. Hi Lynda, I am delighted that you received a reply from Sue at least she knows that the dies are being put to good use and you are thinking and designing not just copying what Sue shows us all, well done you.
As for me having a blog I would not have a clue how to set one up I am not very computer minded it is usually by accident I find things but at least they are happy accidents like finding your blog!
I am off into the garden now as we are having such wonderful weather September and 21C can you believe it?

    Hugs

  5. Hi Lynda, how very kind of Sue to make that offer she is a positive angel. Amy our little miss bossy boots is back to normal thank you. She bosses Tomas about like mad bless him, if he is having a drink and she wants one she will just push him out of the way, and if I should drop any food she is there like a shot poor Tomas never gets a look in. They are brother and sister it is the first time we have had two but as they were six years old I could not have dreamt of splitting them. They were from the same breeder that we got our last corgi from 16 years before and we were not coping well after we lost him I had rung her to ask if there were any puppies planned but as her husband had died she said no but she had two they had bred and their owners their friends had died so she had them as they had no family. Well after thinking all weekend last Easter we set off for Huddersfield to see them and came home with them both! They had both been shown so walked perfectly and were beautiful but best of all they were tri coloured corgis which I have always wanted. She had had people wanting to buy them offering a four figure amount, but she did not trust any of them she said they would only really want Tomas to breed with as he had won such a lot and was in the Kennel Club stud book. When she told us that I thought oh have we got enough money in the bank! We asked how much and she said 'Nothing because I know you and can trust you to give then a good home', we got their cages, toys everything, they were used to travelling and sleeping in their cages she said and they were no trouble at all they settled down after having a good look around our bungalow. They are an absolute delight and as you will probably know corgis are noisy so there is no risk of a thief breaking in!
Have a wonderful time on Saturday please say hello from me to everyone when you meet up, I shall be thinking of you all.
    With love
    Margaret xx

    1. Hi Margaret,so pleased Amy has made a full recovery she sounds lovely, poor Thomas getting bullied by his sister (only joking) they sound adorable. I love all dogs they are so funny & such good company. We have had so many heart aches when loosing one of them,we always say no more but I can't be without a four legend friend.but not sure about our two legend friend Freddy he will probably out live us as someone said they can live for up to 50odd years,he dose make me smile he talks quite a lot now he tells Annie & Bambi off when they bark at animals on TV he shouts NO ANNIE SHUT UP,
Can you Email me a picture of Amy & Thomas I would love to see them please.thank you

  6. Lynda I love what you have done with all these dies, it's stunningly beautiful. That's the thing with making your own cards you can pick and choose how you want t to look like!! I love playing with the dies to see what I can do - granted a good few end up in the bin, but hey ho it's only card. Hazel xx

Enjoy your time at the show, Sue is lovely and she does go out of her way to help. Patricia and I are thinking of doing Ally Pally in April,we will have to do a bit of planning.
